At PushEngage, we know that our customers rely on us as an important part of their customer acquisition process. We take our responsibilities to our customers seriously. That’s why the security and reliability of the system and software that makes up the PushEngage application are our top priority.

Security

Our customer’s security is our #1 priority.

256-bit SSL Security

All information that travels between your browser and PushEngage is protected from eavesdroppers with 256-bit SSL encryption. The lock icon in your browser lets you verify that you aren’t talking to a phishing site impersonating PushEngage and that your data is secure in transit.

Security Monitoring

PushEngage servers are scanned for vulnerabilities regularly by well known security scanners. These scans test our servers both from inside our network as well as the outside (internet), so that all problems are addressed as quickly as possible. On top of that we use Amazon WAF (web application firewall) to protect the web applications or APIs against common attacks.

Reliability

PushEngage infrastructure uses Amazon’s top-notch redundant storage and servers to keep the application and your data available in case of hardware failures.

CDN

We use CloudFront for our content delivery network, so our digital assets are distributed across their global infrastructure to ensure maximum speed and reliability.

Backups

The data in your PushEngage account is replicated across database servers in multiple geographic locations to prevent a single point of failure from causing data loss.
