The email address is used your login ID for your PushEngage account. It is the primary source of all communication that happens to you.
Due to the sensitive nature of account information, we do not allow users to update their email address directly through the dashboard. This is a security measure to protect your account.
The account owner must contact our support team if you need to change your registered email. Please send an email from the current registered address to [email protected], including the following information:
- Your account details
- The new email address you wish to use
For security reasons, only the account Admin can request this change. This verification helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures your account remains protected.
