Engage your users through Browser Push Notifications: A hack in user engagement

Background

With Chrome announcing its support for Push Notifications with the Chrome version 42 in April 2015, the push notification became available on both Safari and Chrome browsers. Chrome is the dominant browser among users with over 52% market share, followed by IE at 19%, Firefox at 18%, and  Safari close to 7% market share. [Reference].
